Connie found the card on Friday afternoon (12/21),
It was located on the guardrail on the on ramp of the 
US 90-La 20 Intersection in Gibson.
Connie noted she didn't have all the clues but knew to be
looking along a guardrail, near a sharp turn, a flashing redlight,
near a Morgan City sign, and where you could hear a train.
And Connie stated she has never won anything and was thrilled to win.
