This is the hard hat (it's blue) has some guy name Rock etched into it.
I complained about the hat being left on the Morgan City Bridge,
It only took 3 days of complaining... and a listener picked it up,
Gave it to Mayor Tregle who felt it fitting to present the  hat to me,
At the City Council meeting...
